With family, as a couple, or with friends, discover a fun way to (re)discover France in a different way.
Ready for adventure?

An accessible and well-marked cycle route

The Avenue Verte stretches for nearly 250 kilometers between Dieppe and Paris.
Mainly built on old railway lines or small country roads, this safe cycle route is ideal for cycle tourists, families, and more experienced cyclists.
Well-marked, it passes through charming Normandy villages all the way to the Île-de-France countryside.

From Dieppe to Forge-les-Eaux: A Beginning Between Cliffs and Bocage

Begin the walk from Dieppe, a lively seaside resort on the Alabaster Coast. You'll begin by following the cliffs before heading into the Normandy bocage.
The trail follows the old railway line, transformed into a greenway between Arques-la-Bataille and Forges-les-Eaux.
This bucolic route is punctuated by stops in charming, authentic villages.

The Oise and the Seine: Immersion in Nature

As the kilometers go by, the route crosses the Epte Valley and the lush landscapes of the French Vexin.
Between forests, rivers, and old farms, the setting is perfect for relaxing.
In the Oise, the route passes close to major cultural sites such as the Château de Gisors and the pretty village of Chaussy. As Paris approaches, the Seine gradually reveals itself.

A Smooth Arrival in the Capital

The entry into Paris is gentle, passing along the banks of the Seine, canals, and city parks.
The trail reaches the heart of the capital, notably along the Canal Saint-Denis, to the Basilica of Saint-Denis, then the Canal de l'Ourcq.
A surprisingly green finale before reaching the banks of the Seine.
For optimal discovery, plan the trip over 3 to 4 days!
