Dieppe castle and its museum

Built in the 14th century, the Dieppe Castle is a listed historic monument. Step back in time as you pass through the gates of this fortified castle: you can fully admire the medieval architecture of the place.
The Dieppe castle offers a superb view of Dieppe: the perfect opportunity for a souvenir photo of your stay!
Today, the castle also houses the town's museum. It retraces the maritime history of Dieppe and its port through some fifteen rooms. In addition to the permanent exhibition, the museum hosts temporary exhibitions.

The 19 August 1942 Memorial
10 minutes on foot and 5 minutes by car from La Tour aux Crabes
Trace the military operation known as the Dieppe Raid or Operation Jubilee. On 19 August 1942, Allied forces launched an attack on the port of Dieppe against Nazi forces. Canadian forces in particular paid a heavy price.
This memorial is dedicated to the memory of these fallen soldiers. In addition to numerous exhibits, the memorial presents a film about Operation Jubilee.

Le Manoir d'Ango
