The 2024 Herring and Scallop Fair in Dieppe
For over 50 years, herring and scallops – flagship products of Dieppe fishing – have been in the spotlight during this now unmissable gastronomic event. Head to Quai Henri IV, on the port of Dieppe, on 16 and 17 November.
The programme for this 54th edition is still as rich as ever: tastings of herring in all its forms (grilled, marinated, smoked, etc.) and scallops, which are as melting as you want.
